Her Company

With over 400 women entrepreneurs and over 50 celebrities listed on Feminstaa’s website with unique businesses and services, they want to create a place for working women in India to thrive and make a difference. Indian working women that have been sadly misconstrued, not only within the cultural society of the country but also within the global network of working women. The website offers content that breaks ridiculous myths and gives an insight into the lives of the successful women.

Her Journey

Medha’s journey started with BNP Paribas in their wealth management department from the age of 21. Medha was officially their youngest hire. She went on to work in the corporate sector for 6 years. That's where she realized that the women's workforce needs a solution to the extremely high attrition rate. Companies were losing out on their female talent and were failing to meet global standards of a healthy gender ratio. That's where getting mentored by India's most successful women achievers, was an idea that Medha conceived and the journey has been on for 4 1/2 years. She has personally conducted more than 60 celebrity interviews, in search of inspiring content, and in search of the best mentors for the working women of the country.
